BEFORE YOU SUBMIT:
Never submit anything on an insecure network. You must use the Tor browser, and ideally the Tails operating system. Scrub ALL Metadata from any and all media files attached. Do not include any identifying information in your submission. This includes faces, personal vehicles and any clothing (including shoes) that were worn to an action and not safely discarded. It is also recommended to read Who Wrote That? if you plan on writing a wordy communique to learn how to avoid being targeted by linguistic forensics.
Submission method 1 (preferred)
Once you have scrubbed any metadata, hooked up Tails and booted up Tor, make a Protonmail account and send your submission to:

Your email will only be end-to-end encrypted if you email us from another protonmail account. Do not use an old account, create a new one specifically for the purpose of submitting your communique, and use a temporary email address from a site like Guerilla Mail if you need to verify it. If you submit directly from a temporary address there is a chance that it will be flagged as spam and it will not reach us.
We’ll get to your email as soon as possible, and we will permanently delete it from our address as soon as we post it on the site. It may or may not take a few days for us to post any submission. Please be patient.

You may also submit via our secure encrypted form below. Never use real information for the name or email section. upload.disroot.org can be used to anonymously send attachments. Submitter will have to submit the link. It is recommended to select ‘delete at first download’ unless the link is going out to multiple counter-info sites.
